Daily Food Log




~One of my new years resolution was to LOSE WEIGHT.
Lose = 10kg
Goal = 4 months
Daily Intake = 1000 cal

~Food Log is all about food logging simply 
         
         if you haven't heard of the term Food Logging then I might have made it up & created a new controversial trend (evil loser on the loose) or I saw a post about it & thought oh, cool that exists, and thought why not try it my self. It could actually help me reach my weight goal.
I've signed up with Weight Watchers ( NOT an Advertisement)is a weight loss company in Saudi I honestly didn't do my research about them like I have no Idea if there are weight watchers abroad or if we got it here from abroad. All I know is
I like their food and they put the amount that I want in the box which I will be eating out of. 
Oh, & before you say 1000 cal. a day is unhealthy I went to a dietitian, we chose the amount that would help me lose the weight in a healthy way trust me there's tiramisu. 
no one can argue about tiramisu.
& I just signed up for a month there cause honestly it's too expensive but I'll be working hard not to cheat on my diet and work out.

         *  Say hello, to my Daily face(or just my blog's home page at least)


             SO as I said it's a daily log in, um... I'll be writing what I ate & maybe abit of Chit Chat of how everything is going. Honestly I won't sugar coat it, it's hard to lose weight & it need Time&Work which I have but I lack motivation & passion. When I see pancake I just head to the direction of the maple syrup 'cause PANCAKES ARE DELICIOUS! I'll be doing other posts but this (Food Logging thing) will continue.






                   *    photographs of what I ate/eating ... (interesting) 

           when it gets boring here I'lll just instagram it. 
                            Isn't instagram created for that?

         *  Work Out Logging too? (Motivate me Please!)

            So a diet can't work if you aren't moving.I do wish it did though... You'll probably start laughing at the beginning of how shit the work out log will look like since I might start working out for 5 min only daily to start. I'm an extremely lazy person I like to sit, I do. Sometimes when I work out & only one minute has past I FEEL LIKE IT IS 5 min... so from this little paragraph you can see how horrified I am to start working out again.

         *  Opinions

             Well there's gonna be lots of them. ( most of them will be saying how I hate this & how much I would love to be eating a pint of Ice cream.)







    Food Logging will begin on Friday 31 Jan.
