Food Log #1





Day One of the Food Log (Month)

Calories: 1000 cal.

Work out calorie burn: 50 cal.

Breakfast: One handful of corn flex + low fat milk 


Lunch: spaghetti Bolognese + crunchy salad ( contains: carrots + cucumbers +lettuce + mustered suas) 


Snack: Oat chocolate chip cookie


Dinner: creamy carrot soup + submarine sandwich ( contains chicken + Philadelphia ) 


Drinks: 6 bottles of water (0.33L) + milk (one glass)




Work out log 

So today i just did 5 min. 
Hahaha! I warned you guys i'm going to start slow, and by slow i'm going the speed of a snail. 


Opinion of the day: So since it's my first day I feel good, not hungry & the quantity of food is perfect for me to reach my goal weight. The quality of the food is great too. Working out is not something I look forward to, so you can tell how hard it was to even go and work out, but i can't continue with a 5 min workout for a whole week so i'm going to start it at 15 min. or half an hour.
