Food Log #2




Day two of the Food Log (Month)

Daily Calorie intake: 1000 cal.

Work out calorie burn: 150 cal.



Breakfast:(8:00am) Egyptian Fool (broad beans) Traditional Breakfast
+ 3 Arabic bread. (if you would like to make this dish click here)

 

Lunch:(2:00pm)  Couscous It's either a Moroccan traditional dish or an Egyptian one. There are many ways of making it, but I couldn't find the exact recipe for this dish.

Caesar salad


Snack:(3:00pm) Fruit salad


Dinner:(6:00pm)Margherita pizza + creamy lentil soup


Drinks:(throughout the day) 6 bottles of water (0.33L) + Pineapple juice

Fruit of the day: An Orange

Opinion of the day:Second day, everything is going well.
Working out is on the to do list today and will be done 15/30 min lets hope I go through with it, & yes, I'm writing this before working out.It's 12:13 o'clock. (done working out) BTW I forgot to tell you guys what my weight is I'm 59kg I want to become 49kg. I know being 59 is average or whatever but I don't want to be a size fourteen, not that there's anything wrong with it. I am not comfortable being this size because I would like to wear my old clothes that I used to fit into, I want to be happy (this is not the only reason that will make me happy I'm not a superficial person I have deeper feelings) It is a reason & a reason I can change. Anyways I'll be logging my weight every week.
