
Hey, guys i'm so sorry i left out four days with out logging my workout & food in. University & family took over so i was busy. I really am sorry.
So i kinda forgot what I ate and did the past four days so i'll be starting from today re-loghing and stuff ... I don't see changes in my body yet, but it's only been a week. My workout time will increase for this week rather than 15 min a day I'll be doing 30 min a day with 10 min stretching in the beginning and end. Hope you guys are liking these posts ... See you soon!
