Snack:(2:00pm) Choc.Ball


Dinner:(6:30pm) Chilli Macaroni with meat + Creamy Potato Leek Soup


Drinks:(throughout the day) 6/7 bottles of water (0.33L) + milk


Fruit of the day: grapes (Handful)

Opinion of the day: Working out is becoming much easier to do.
